We have been encouraged this year at our REACH-OUT Congress in Austria. Tobias is part of the leadership team. We have seen conversions of young Austrians as well as clear commitments to serve our Lord wholeheartedly. Tauernhof staff members are also increasingly traveling to teach and preach at many different places in Europe and beyond, as Hans Peter, Tobias, Eis and Martin are desired speakers. It is extremely encouraging to see Christians liberated as they can see the sufficiency of Christ Whom we want to present.

One illustration of God’s blessing was when I (Hans Peter) went climbing with a group of guests last July. As the whole group of about 20 people were hanging on the wall, suddenly clouds and rain moved extremely fast into the valley. I got very concerned and started praying that the rain would not reach us. And even though I prayed for it, I could hardly believe it when I saw the clouds actually moving back. I felt like a prophet in the Old Testament times!

We have been challenged with guests and staff coming to Tauernhof with physical and mental problems, deep hurts and unanswered questions. It is so hard to find answers for individual pain and suffering. Why does God not step in? We know that God can heal and change. And the challenge is to wait in patience and prayer for people where things do not seem to change or improve.

Please pray for us concerning a new cook. Dani is leaving in the spring and we do not yet have a substitute for her. Pray for the booking of Bible Schools as we may approach a year where many people will not be able to afford to come.
