We have been encouraged this year by a growing unity amongst the staff. Changes tend to occur on a yearly basis with staff (especially our volunteers). Our staff is younger than it has been for many years and our newer staff have come with a commitment to God’s ministry and to make themselves available to Him. Our students this year have also maintained a focus on their studies and in developing relationships with each other.

One illustration of God’s blessing was having Him fill two cooks’ positions within a week of each other.

We have been challenged by our lower enrollment both for our Bible School and our conferences. Also we face challenges financially as we move to complete our new Ridgehaus dining facility. 

Please pray for us concerning the above-mentioned challenges andknowing how to effectively communicate to those who might be prospective students for our Bible School. Also pray for our staff. Since we are younger, we will face the challenges of learning how to serve in this ministry in the midst being fully engaged in caring for our students, guests and each other.
